A "hit" on MeetVisitors is a successful identification of an anonymous website visitor. It occurs only when we can provide actionable and meaningful data points about the visitor, ensuring you only consume platform credits for valuable insights.


What Counts as a Hit?

A hit is recorded when we successfully identify a visitor and provide one or more of the following key contact information points, depending on your settings:

  • For B2B (Business-to-Business):

    • LinkedIn URL

    • Business phone number

    • Business email address

  • For B2C (Business-to-Consumer):

    • Personal email address

    • Personal phone number

    • Residential address

  • If Both B2B and B2C Are Selected:
    Hits will apply whenever any of the above data points are identified, ensuring flexibility based on your preferences.


Returning Visitors

Returning visitors within the same 30-day billing cycle will not consume additional credits. For example, if a visitor interacts with your website multiple times during the cycle, it will only count as one hit. When the next billing cycle starts, interactions with the same visitor will count as a new hit.

  1. Customization Through Settings
    You can toggle between receiving B2B, B2C, or both types of data. This ensures you only get the data that aligns with your specific goals.

  2. Monthly Credit Allocation
    Credits reset every 30 days from your subscription start date. The number of hits available each month depends on your chosen plan, with flexibility to adjust as needed.

  3. Actionable Data Only
    A hit is recorded only when meaningful, actionable data is provided. Searches that do not return usable information will not consume credits, ensuring your plan delivers maximum value.
